| This photo was taken on a night dive in approx 8 feet of water. Divers illuminate small silver fish with their lights to bring them to the attention of the lionfish. The lionfish zoom in a gobble up the smaller fish. It is really a kick to "feed" the lionfish. It is fortunate for the divers that we are able to keep them occupied with our lights, the "feathers" of the lionfish are extremely poisonous.--Jill |
